If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, you have 30 days from the purchase date, to return the merchandise. The merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition, NEW/UNUSED/UNWORN/UNWASHED.
Returns WILL be denied if (or charged a restocking fee up to 50%) You will be contacted via email with your options:
The merchandise has been Worn, Used, and/or Washed
The merchandise was shipped using improper packaging (please see “How NOT to return your merchandise” section)
We may charge a 20% Restocking Fee or Additional Shipping Fees if the product is returned to us:
Without the original box and/or original tags, or accessories (laces, parts, components, key chains, insoles, shoe bag, etc.)
By the mail carriers as “Refused, Undelivered, Moved, etc” (unless otherwise specified by a Customer Care Representative)
Passed the 45-day Return Period (unless otherwise specified by a Customer Care Representative)
Simply email an email or call to receive authorization. Once you get the information, send the item(s) you don't want, back to us and we'll issue you a refund. It's that easy!
Upon receipt of your order, carefully inspect the contents of your order for any physical defect(s) or shipping damage(s) or errors. If you believe you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via phone or email.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.
